Item upgrading allows players to improve their weapons and equipment with new affixes that boost the base stats of the item or providing additional benefits. To upgrade items, players must have the item in their inventory and have access to the kiln.

Items that have weak bases, such as rings can be upgraded to a stronger base. Items with bases that are strong, such as the Titans of eth have little change in their stats.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be added to weapons, armors trinkets, weapons and gathering tools. They give you an attribute bonus, or additional effect, when the equipment is in use.
